We had a massive Red Oak tree that suddenly died, and we were concerned that it could fall on our home. Brent with Classic Cuts Tree Service came out promptly to inspect it. He even called two fellow arborists to confirm that the tree needed to be removed, which gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. Understanding how urgent the situation was, Brent rearranged his schedule and had a crew at our house the very next morning. The crew arrived early and worked tirelessly well into the evening. Because of the size of the tree, they had to return the following day to finish the job. During the removal, the massive trunk unfortunately slipped from the crane and damaged our retaining wall. While accidents can happen on a job of this size, what truly impressed us was how Brent handled the situation. He was at our home first thing the next morning, took full responsibility, asked what it would take to make things right, and promised that our property would be restored to its original condition. Brent was absolutely true to his word. His crew didn’t leave until everything was repaired and our property looked just as it had before. A co-worker recommended Classic Cuts so I called and the turn around was great. Brent out the next day for a quote and they were available the next day to do the job. I had 9 trees trimmed and they all look really nice. Cost was reasonable and fair, and there were no surprises, just what I asked for. I have them saved for any future work. Trees: Crape Myrtles, Drake Elm, Live Oak, Cherry Laurel (I think).
These guys are awesome!!! We have used them for few years now, the first time they came out and removed a few trees, and trimmed the rest and the second time they shaped up the 2 trees in the front. Brent was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make the property look better and to get more light to my landscaping. His crew is very friendly and they did a great job on cleaning everything up. I highly recommend!!!

Brenton and his crew did a great job. Were at my house bright and early. Trimmed all my trees as quoted, cleaned up, took all the brush and when left me some fire wood for my fire pit. The crew was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Classic Cuts Tree Services!

These guys did a wonderful job for my grandmothers home when I tree had fallen in her driveway and on her car. Very highly recommended. Their cleaning up after their done with their work is amazing!!
This is a great company! The head guy was so so nice and knowledgeable. He had me confirm what we wanted and they went to work. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything up and put in the trailer to haul off. The owner’s 16 year old son was on their crew and I have to say that kid never stopped working. The crew did a fantastic job! The company came by before the job and then called with the estimate which was extremely fair for what we needed done. I recommend this company 100%. They could not have done a better job and I can’t say enough good things about them.
